The office is accessed from two sides, i.e. directly from the outside of the building and/or through the lockable storage part of the building. In the immediate vicinity of the space there is a parking space that is free for use by the future tenant. The lease price includes the cost of utilities, namely: electricity (provided that it is standard office consumption based on a fair basis), water and heating. The office furniture visible in our photo gallery can be left for the future tenant to use if necessary
