It consists of a living room, kitchen with dining room and access to a loggia, one bedroom, bathroom and hallway. During 2024, the carpentry was partially changed, while at the beginning of this year the kitchen was partially renovated. The size, orientation and layout of the rooms make the apartment bright and comfortable to stay in.
